This course is designed for team leaders, managers, and anyone who wants to boost their team's performance and engagement. It's perfect for those who feel they're spending too much time doing the work themselves, rescuing and wishing others would take greater ownership to solve problems.

• Confidence and skills to have quality one-to-one coaching sessions with team members using the GROW Coaching Model.
• Ability to use evidence-based models, tools and templates known to improve performance and facilitate change.
• Ability to identify and adapt your working style to facilitate better outcomes for those you coach.
• Knowledge of coaching traps to avoid.

• Self-Awareness, leadership and coaching
• Coaching verses other leadership styles
• When to coach in the workplace
• Coaching traps to avoid.
• Barriers to coaching in the workplace.
• Adapting your working style for coaching
• 3 x Peer coaching practices and feedback sessions
• 1 x 45 min session where you will be coached by an experienced coach.

• 12 hours of workshop content over 3 months. This will be delivered as either 8 x 1.5 hour weekly or 6 x 2 hour fortnightly small group virtual workshops using MS teams.
• Workshops include a mix of theory and peer coaching skills practice (yes, this included you doing live coach practice with peers)
• Feedback from a qualified and experienced coach
• Short assignments between workshops (15-30mins)
• 1 x 45 minute follow up coaching session approx. 1 month after the workshops finish to help you remove barriers to progress
• Networking with peers
• Resources and templates to support development
